What It Does

• Create events on your Google Calendar for upcoming routes, catering jobs, or special events.
• Update or delete events if you make changes to your schedule in the portal.
• Display existing calendar events to help avoid double-booking.
• Keep your team synced across all devices in real time.

This integration saves time and removes the need for manual updates — no more copying details between apps.

What Data We Access

When you authorize the connection, Google asks you to grant permission for the following scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar – allows OrderUp Apps to view and manage calendar events you own.

We only access your calendar data when you connect your account, and only to sync events you create or modify inside OrderUp Apps. We never read unrelated event details or share your data with third parties.

How to Connect

1. Go to Event Schedule → Connect Google Calendar in your OrderUp Apps dashboard.
2. Sign in with your Google Account and approve the requested permission.
3. Once connected, new or updated events will automatically sync to your Google Calendar.

You can disconnect anytime under Settings → Integrations. After disconnecting, all calendar access stops immediately.

Your Privacy Matters

We built Google Calendar Sync to make scheduling easier — not to collect unnecessary information. All calendar data is transmitted securely using Google’s official API and stored following industry best practices.

You can revoke access anytime from your Google Account under Security → Third-party access.
